Telecoms installation marks start of relationship with Cycas Hospitality

International hotel management company Cycas Hospitality recently appointed Micron to oversee the group’s critical IT systems and provide Smart Care Advanced Support for eight of their UK-based hotels.

Eager to get started, our engineers headed to Staybridge Suites in Newcastle to install a new NEC phone system, replacing an old system, marking the start of this exciting relationship.

We have since also completed the onboarding of IT maintenance for their other sites which include Staybridge London Stratford City, Staybridge Liverpool and Hyatt Place London, as well as delivering our 24/7, 365 support packages tailored to meet the needs of each hotel.

We look forward to continuing our relationship with Cycas Hospitality where we will be working with them to expand and develop maintenance across their existing sites and new developments.
