A complex, multi-site operation, Welcome Break strives to operate as one enterprise, enabling seamless communication between sites on a local, regional and national basis. The group has evolved over a 55 year trading history with technologies (until recently) being procured on a ‘piecemeal basis’ at site level. The Welcome Break management team is now striving to deliver centralisation and unification across its estate to ensure an unrivalled level of consistency to its customers.
