In 2008, we were delighted to start a relationship with the Ampersand Hotel, a luxury 5* boutique in London’s South Kensington.

Ten years on, we are pleased to be part of their new and exciting journey as the hotel is set to open their first sister site on Garlick Hill.

Named Vintry & Mercer, the site is a contemporary, first-class hotel home to 92 bespoke rooms and custom-designed features. Opening its doors to guests very soon, the Vintry & Mercer will share many of the Ampersand Hotel’s core operating systems.

Enabling a smooth and efficient operation across the estate, Micron have worked with the Ampersand to bring their current IT infrastructure and Mitel communications suite – which we previously installed in 2008 – up to date, so it is in line with the new, state of the art systems we are installing at the Vintry & Mercer site.

This shared approach provides the management team with a truly unified estate, generating operating efficiencies and helping our client to deliver a consistent level of excellence across its estate.
