Micron delivers private network, voice and wireless solutions to flagship new car dealership
Micron continues its partnership with leading West Country car dealership chain.
FJ Chalke Group selected Micron to deliver a full suite of voice, data and wireless technology into its new flagship duel branded dealership on Lysander road in Yeovil.
The FJ Chalke group relies on super fast data networks for all of its sites to operate efficiently and securely. Micron installed a secure layer 2 VPLS network for the group, connected to this was a Mitel cloud based Phone system with integrated WiFi network enabling high speed data transfer, payment processing and seamless voice communication across the new site.
“We’ve got a lot of experience of car dealerships” explained Martin Longhurst of Micron. “It’s critical in a high value sales environment such as this that everything works quicky and effectively but is also highly secure and that’s what we’ve delivered. I’m really proud of the solution we’ve designed for the group”.
The install was a success and the site now enjoys super fast networks. Yeovil is the flagship site within the group and is powered by technology from the industries leading brands such as Mitel, HP and Ruckus.
