Micron secures IT maintenance of Cycas sites
We are delighted Cycas Hospitality has appointed Micron to oversee the ongoing IT maintenance of eight of their UK-based hotels.
Cycas Hospitality has exciting growth plans working with national and international brands such as Marriott and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
As a result of our strong reputation working with hotels and key groups within the hotel sector, Cycas Hospitality appointed us to manage and maintain their critical IT systems as well as working closely with them to develop and enhance their digital security infrastructure, continuing to meet PCI standards.
The suite of hotels includes Holiday Inn Stratford City, Staybridge Suites in London Vauxhall, Liverpool, Stratford and Manchester, Hyatt Place Heathrow Airport and Manchester’s Crowne Plaza.
We are providing each site with a unique Smart Care Advanced support package which has been tailored to meet the needs of the staff and estate. Each package will include around the clock support 365 days a year from our core team of experienced engineers.
