Our engineers have recently completed a new NEC telecoms installation at Welcome Break Charnock Richard as part of a new and exciting project to overhaul and manage the communication platforms across the company’s UK estate.

We have worked with Welcome Break, the UK’s leading independent road side service operator, for over 15 years and are now the group’s dedicated telecoms provider and a key partner in helping to action their group strategy.

The group’s strategy will see an overhaul of technology to enhance both the staff and customer experience from service stations to hotels and also their head office operation, spanning 27 sites across the UK.

We are very pleased to be supporting Welcome Break in this journey and look forward to continuing our partnership over many years to come.
