Micron has been chosen to offer a unified business voice and wireless solution to a leading garden centre group based across Dorset and Somerset.
The Gardens group, a successful chain of Garden centres, cafes and restaurants required a centralised cloud-based communications platform allowing staff to make and take calls across three complex sites and share calls with each other across a private data network. Whilst also providing a guest WiFi solution to their customers.
Micron deployed a market leading Mitel 3300 communications platform, connecting three sites into one centralised system to reduce operating costs, enhance customer interactions and improve efficiency across the group. An Aruba cloud WiFi solution was also installed to deliver data connectivity across all three sites and provide integration into the telephone system to ensure portable handsets could be used throughout the sites.
Micron delivered this solution across a hybrid cloud environment using a private network to ensure secure communications across the group.
